UFP Site Built is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, with primary field work and minimal in-office time. You will coordinate with customers and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role emphasizes field leadership, problem-solving on-site, and proactive communication to drive customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction or related field.
• Manufacturing or prefabrication experience is a plus.

• Own the Jobsite: visit project sites, resolve issues, ensure quality delivery.

• Stay Ahead of the Curve: monitor market trends and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Project Manager, managing the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex you’ll be the critical link between our customers and our operations—ensuring projects run smoothly, relationships stay strong, and opportunities for growth are always on your radar. Position would mainly work out in the field with minimal in-office time.

Location: covering Austin, TX and surrounding area

Your Key Responsibilities

• Keep It Moving: Handle job setups, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform drive-bys to ensure every detail is covered.

What You Bring

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in construction or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Manufacturing or prefabrication experience is a plus
• Familiarity with UFP’s culture, products, and processes is a bonus
