Next Level Technician in Memphis, TN is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead nurse call and low voltage projects across multiple active sites. The role oversees field operations, coordinates technicians and subcontractors, and serves as the on-site liaison with customers and project leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3–10+ years' experience in nurse call, security, CCTV, or healthcare technology systems, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years of experience in low voltage, nurse call, security, CCTV, or healthcare technology systems.
• Experience leading technicians, subcontractors, or field operations.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, manpower coordination, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage field execution of nurse call, security, access control, CCTV, and low voltage projects.
• Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, materials, and schedules across multiple active projects.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for customers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site walks, progress meetings, and project planning activities.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower needs, and installation quality.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements with field teams.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to management.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards.
• Support project closeout, punch lists, testing, and customer turnover activities.
