Job summary

Sargent & Lundy seeks a seasoned Project Manager for field assignments in Oklahoma. You will supervise construction managers and serve as primary liaison among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of complex combined-cycle projects.

You will guide cost and schedule, manage change orders, and lead site teams through construction and commissioning while maintaining safety and quality standards across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in construction industry with leadership roles.
• Experience with advanced class combined cycle projects and retrofits preferred.
• Experience with EPC and GC contract models.
• 15+ years in progressive leadership roles supervising teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Strong communication across stakeholders and vendors.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines for large industrial sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel.
• OSHA 10 or 30.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Construction SME and interface with lead managers and teams on projects.
• Manage client expectations and maintain relationships with effective communication.
• Provide oversight to project cost and schedule.
• Oversee change orders and document scope changes.
• Mitigate cost and schedule impact of scope changes.
• Develop construction/commissioning work plans for projects.
• Lead site construction and commissioning staff.
• Monitor progress, cost, quality, scope, and safety.
