Job summary

MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for the Corpus Christi, TX area for a project starting September 2026 and lasting through April 2027.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, oversight, and management of all activities on the customer’s project.
• Maintain strong field presence and customer relationships.
• Direct and guide the project management team to meet goals.
• Ensure adherence to company and client policies and procedures and compliance.
• Demonstrate leadership by upholding the HSE program and safety culture.
• Represent MISTRAS Services in scope of services to the client.
• Provide daily staffing and project status reports to client and management.
• Develop site-specific policies with HR and Operations as needed.
• Utilize KPIs to drive project success and customer value.
• Maintain knowledge of the MISTRAS Project Management Procedure 99-PM-001.
• Understand and manage the customer contract and any applicable union agreements.
• Liaise between Company, Client and staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Foster safe work environment and adequate staffing for project completions.
