• Coordinate subcontractors and track progress in assigned areas.
• Communicate expectations for schedules, construction methods, permits, safety, and quality.
• Attend daily and weekly progress meetings and plan upcoming work.
• Support project closeout, including financial settlement, demobilization, and handover to the customer.
• Build effective working relationships with customers and project partners.

Project Engineer / Site Superintendent

Location: Houston, Texas

Travel: Primarily to project sites in the Gulf Coast region, with occasional travel elsewhere in the United States

Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually, plus standard benefits and a performance-based bonus

Working Conditions

Appropriate personal protective equipment is required on project sites. Extended hours, weekends, or holidays may be required to meet project schedules.
