Job summary

TAS Environmental Services, LP is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial service projects from planning through closeout. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction with a strong emphasis on safety.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in industrial services, strong project management principles, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety

Qualifications

• Experience in leading teams and managing staff, including field personnel and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with management and clients.
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and challenges proactively.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress with KPIs to ensure alignment with plan and budget.
• Manage onsite activities, expenditures, and financial reporting to leadership.
• Oversee all project execution stages from mobilization to closeout.
• Serve as primary client contact and provide regular status updates.
• Communicate changes and issues to stakeholders clearly.
