Job summary

You will coordinate field crews, sub Contractors, inspectors, and permitting entities, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while tracking budgets and schedules. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to deliver on client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• 3–5 years of experience managing construction or fiber-related projects
• Familiarity with construction management software, schedules, and permitting
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources to align with client expectations
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and permitting entities to keep work on track
• Monitor progress and resolve issues related to timeline, materials, or resources
• Ensure all work complies with safety, regulations, and engineering designs
• Track expenses, change orders, and documentation for reporting and billing
• Communicate with Senior Project Manager, Director of Operations, and client stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports and logs
• Support site visits and quality control checks as required
• Assist with forecasting, manpower planning, and procurement coordination
