Hidden Creek Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a DB Project Manager to lead field execution, ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the quality standard our brand demands.

You’ll manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, track costs, and keep clients and internal teams aligned to project scope and expectations. This hands-on leadership role rewards initiative and growth.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in construction, landscaping, or field project management.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage crews and subcontractors.
• Experience with scheduling, job costing, and project execution.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Safety & Compliance (20%) - Lead safety in the field by enforcing policies, conducting audits, and ensuring crews operate in a safe and compliant manner.
• Project Execution & Quality Control (20%) - Own project timelines, scope, and quality - ensuring every job meets company standards and client expectations.
• Efficiency & Resource Management (20%) - Manage labor, materials, and equipment to maximize productivity and minimize waste while staying on budget.
• Team Leadership & Development (20%) - Lead and develop crews by setting clear expectations, coaching performance, and building future leaders.
• Subcontractor & Client Coordination (10%) - Coordinate with subcontractors and communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
• Administrative & Reporting (10%) - Maintain accurate job documentation, track job costing, and support financial reviews.
