Job summary

Hidden Creek Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Design Build Foreman to lead 2–4 crew members on design/build projects in Central Ohio. You will own field execution, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion while coordinating client expectations and site logistics.

You’ll supervise day-to-day activities, perform inspections, and report progress to the Project Manager; winter duties may include snow operations. A strong leader with equipment experience thrives here.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape construction, design/build, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supervising field crews.
• Ability to operate construction equipment and tools.
• Strong understanding of job site safety, quality control, and productivity.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise a crew of 2–4 team members to ensure projects are completed within budgeted hours, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Provide daily coaching, performance feedback, and support crew development.
• Maintain high standards across all job sites, conduct quality inspections to minimize rework, and communicate professionally with clients regarding progress, expectations, and concerns.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment; ensure PPE compliance and safety regulations.
• Complete daily time tracking, service records, job notes, and equipment inspections; upload progress photos/videos and coordinate with Project Manager.
