Job summary

UFP Site Built, a leader in wood and related products, is seeking a Field Project Manager to maintain relationships with Multi-Family and Commercial construction accounts and build new ones. This salary position works under Account Manager or Regional Sales Manager.

The role involves visiting job sites, gathering market feedback, resolving issues, and supporting Account Managers with sales growth while monitoring the regional market and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or related area.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Preferred manufacturing background is a plus.
• Knowledge of UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintains relationships with current customer base.
• Regularly visits jobsites and resolves site issues.
• Provides market feedback on competitors and service requirements.
• Resolves customer issues promptly.
• Identifies customers’ needs and suggests product enhancements or modifications.
• Assists Account Managers in generating new sales.
• Monitors sales in the assigned region.
• Prepares various reports.
• Other duties as required (job drive-bys, job setup, pre-con meetings).
