Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction in Greenville, SC. This field-based role operates from active project sites in the Greenville/Upstate SC market, coordinating owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to drive on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

Offering a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 plus a 15% annual bonus, a vehicle allowance, and 100% ESOP, the role also provides comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of commercial construction experience.
• Project management experience with a General Contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project management on the jobsite.
• Serve as a key owner contact throughout construction.
• Control project costs, budgets and financial performance.
