Evergreen + Maker is seeking a Field Project Manager to own day-to-day field execution for cabinets and flooring in the Charlotte, NC area. You will be the primary contact for builder PMs, ensuring installs stay on schedule and on spec, while traveling to active jobsites across the region.

This full-time role requires high organization, calm under pressure, and the ability to work both on the jobsite and on the road. A focus on problem-solving and reliable travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Field experience in construction or building products.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and crews.
• Proficient in Excel and scheduling tools to track progress.
• Willingness to travel regionally and manage field operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for builder project managers and superintendents.
• Schedule and sequence installs across crews, materials, and timelines.
• Perform on-site quality control and resolve punch lists to spec.
• Coordinate material flow including ordering, delivery, and staging.
