Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of construction or related field experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Manufacturing or prefab experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UFP culture, products, and processes is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Be the customer champion by maintaining and growing client relationships.
  • Own the jobsite by visiting sites and ensuring delivery with precision.
  • Drive innovation with market feedback for product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support sales across the region.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends and customer needs.
  • Keep it moving with job setups and pre-construction meetings.
