Job summary

Binyod LLC is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to lead the technical execution of low-voltage projects across Texas. This field-focused role requires turning approved scope, drawings, and submittals into safe, tested systems while guiding teams in the field.

Responsibilities include leading system programming, commissioning, and closeout, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with customers and vendors. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Texas are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mastery of low-voltage systems.
• Able to read contracts, specifications, drawings, risers, and submittals.
• Hands-on experience with terminations, racks/head-end builds, testing, configuration, and commissioning.
• At least 2 years of successful field leadership or responsibility for a crew or technical scope.
• Ability to travel within Texas and work in active construction environments.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, submittals and convert them into field execution plans.
• Plan technical work, site surveys, materials, testing, and coordination points.
• Lead technicians, foremen, and installers in the field.
• Coordinate cabling, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Perform first-line QA/QC and ensure compliance with drawings, codes, and standards.
• Document scope deviations and prepare clear RFIs and photos.

Binyod LLC is looking for an experienced, hands-on Field Project Manager to lead the technical execution of low-voltage projects across Texas.

This is a field-focused leadership role for someone who understands how to take an approved scope, drawings, specifications, and submittals and turn them into a safe, standards-compliant, fully tested and commissioned system.

We're looking for a leader who can manage the technical result in the field—not simply track schedules and paperwork.

What Will You Own

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the technical execution of assigned projects from execution planning through commissioning and technical closeout.

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, submittals, bills of material, and project requirements and converting them into practical field execution plans
• Planning technical work, sequencing, site surveys, material requirements, testing, and coordination points
• Leading and providing technical direction to Technicians, Foremen, and Installers
• Coordinating pathways, cabling, terminations, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning
• Performing first-line QA/QC and ensuring installations meet drawings, specifications, code, manufacturer requirements, and Binyod standards
• Identifying field conflicts and preparing clear RFIs, photos, markups, dimensions, and recommended solutions
• Identifying and documenting scope deviations before additional work proceeds
• Coordinating technical interfaces with customers, general contractors, Design, MSP/Service teams, manufacturers, vendors, and other trades
• Managing technical punch-list items and corrective work
• Leading system programming, configuration, certification testing, functional testing, and commissioning
• Providing client system orientation and operational training
• Completing technical closeout documentation, including test results, redlines, device information, programming backups, photos, warranty information, and other required records
• Reviewing technical reporting and time-card accuracy
• Enforcing safe work practices and stopping unsafe or technically compromised work

Systems You Will Work With

We are looking for strong experience across low-voltage systems, including:

• Structured cabling
• CCTV / video surveillance
• Access control
• Networking and voice/data infrastructure

Experience with additional Division 27 or Division 28 systems such as AV, paging, intercom, wireless, intrusion detection, clocks, or integrated electronic security systems is highly valued.

What We Are Looking For

Required qualifications include:

• Demonstrated mastery of low-voltage systems
• Strong ability to read and execute from contracts, specifications, drawings, risers, schematics, details, submittals, and manufacturer documentation
• Hands-on experience with terminations, racks/head-end build-outs, testing equipment, system configuration, troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical closeout
• At least 2 years of successful field leadership or documented responsibility for a crew or complete technical scope
• Ability to plan technical work, identify constraints, prepare RFIs, document deviations, and coordinate with multiple project stakeholders
• Strong safety judgment and field decision-making ability
• Reliable documentation and reporting habits
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel within Texas as assigned
• Ability to work in active construction environments, including ladders, lifts, equipment rooms, and field conditions

Preferred Qualifications

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with:

• BICSI certifications
• OSHA 30
• Lift certifications

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, technical skill set, leadership capabilities, certifications, and overall fit for the position.

A compensation package will be discussed based on that evaluation.
