Job description

This is a communication-driven, team-focused environment where project leaders are trusted, supported, and given real ownership. Leadership is hands‑on without being overbearing, collaboration is encouraged across the business, and long‑term commitment is valued over short‑term turnover.

You’ll be part of a stable structural steel erection team delivering complex, dynamic commercial builds across North Carolina, with projects reaching up to 15,000 tonnes of structural steel. The work directly shapes the region’s skyline and infrastructure, combining technical challenge with real, visible impact.
