Job summary

A leading Raleigh-based General Contractor is hiring a Project Engineer for a $45M ground-up facility. This long-duration (2.5-year) project includes structural steel and high-end finishes. Candidates from Raleigh, the Triad, or Charlotte seeking regional project work are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with a General Contractor.
• Exposure to wastewater or process facilities is a plus, but not required.

• Assisting with buyout, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Partnering closely with the Superintendent on schedule and field execution.
• Exposure to steel packages, masonry scopes, and high-end finishes.
• Helping drive owner and design team coordination on a process-focused build.

The Opportunity

A leading Raleigh-based General Contractor is hiring a Project Engineer to join a $45M ground-up facility breaking ground in May/June.

This is a long-duration (2.5-year) build with real complexity: structural steel, masonry, and high-end wall systems/finishes within a highly coordinated process-driven facility.

You won't be stuck pushing paperwork. You'll be directly involved in driving the job forward and positioned for a clear APM/PM growth track.

Strong fit for candidates in Raleigh, the Triad, or even Charlotte open to regional project work.
