Job summary

Hardy Corp is seeking an Onsite Project Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinating with project management, field personnel, subcontractors, general contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

You will develop cohesive field teams, drive accountability, resolve issues, and maintain open communication with project managers and trades to achieve milestones across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, safety, and quality control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction documentation, reporting, and project coordination.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast region as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field operations with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and trades.
• Develop cohesive field teams and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Monitor schedules and milestones; implement recovery plans when needed.
• Submit daily reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate material procurement and staffing to support project success.
• Identify risks, delays, and change-order opportunities and communicate them.
