Job summary

Konecranes in New Berlin, WI seeks a Project Manager to coordinate pre-production through installation for modernization and electrics lines. You will lead meetings, manage schedules, guide vendors, and align costs with forecasts while ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Requires a technical PM background, BS in a related field, PME or equivalent, and ability to travel up to 10%. SAP and MS Project skills are essential for success.

• Proficiency in SAP, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal kickoff meetings and provide weekly updates at production meetings.
• Draft milestones and delivery schedules to meet delivery promises.
• Manage production processes, vendor selection, and release drawings to customers with engineering and purchasing teams.
• Maintain cost vs. estimate, monitor budgets, and ensure customer satisfaction and financial goals.
• Develop project schedules with MS Project and coordinate shipping and installation activities.
