Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or related Earth Science.
• Minimum of 5 years mineral exploration experience.
• Experience with diamond drill programs and geological software.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute mineral exploration programs.
• Supervise geologists, technicians, and field crews.
• Manage drill programs and data QA/QC.
• Develop maps, cross-sections, and technical reports.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Travel extensively to remote sites.
