Job summary

Blue Moon Metals in the United States seeks an Exploration Drilling Coordinator to lead safe and efficient drilling programs. You will coordinate activities between exploration teams, contractors, site operations, and support services to meet schedules and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in mineral exploration or drilling, experience with diamond core programs, and strong safety and environmental focus. Travel to remote drill sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, mining engineering, engineering technology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant mining or exploration experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting mineral exploration or drilling operations.
• Experience coordinating diamond core drilling programs and remote field operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily exploration diamond drilling activities and programs.
• Work with exploration geologists to execute drill plans and support objectives.
• Schedule drills, mobilizations, pad readiness, access, and field logistics.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain records of drilling activity, performance, and reporting; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
