Job summary

Michels Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support project completion from on-site with the crew, handling documentation and planning for upcoming days and weeks.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure project success and alignment with safety and quality standards. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering (or related field), plus 2+ years of construction experience across wastewater, concrete, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of construction experience; 1–3 years in wastewater, concrete, or heavy civil.
• Industrial/Mechanical background preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key team member supporting all needs to help with successful project completion; on-site with crew.
• Perform documentation and record entry for the project and plan for upcoming days/weeks.
• Communicate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents.
