Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Engineer (PE) to oversee on-site information flow, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and design teams, and manage submittals, RFIs and field reports. The PE participates in ongoing training through Consigli Project Engineer Academy to advance industry knowledge and network with peers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, internship experience preferred, and proficiency with Procore and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required; OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document Control – ensure timely and accurate management of all project documentation.
• Distribute design changes/updates to the project team and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit RFIs to the design team and distribute responses.
• Create and manage the submittal log; obtain and review submittals in Procore.
• Upload safety documentation; notify subcontractors of missing paperwork and follow up.
• Track subcontractor insurance certificates and field reporting.
• Coordinate field meetings, generate agendas and distribute minutes promptly.
• Report on submittals, RFIs and critical project issues; support safety/quality meetings.
• Interface with client and design team; build relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage job site office consumables and daily subcontractor communications.
