Job summary

Balfour Beatty US in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Project Engineer - Field to support the SPG team with planning and on-site execution of construction projects. You will help manage the schedule, submittals, materials delivery, and budget to ensure quality, profitability and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Construction Science/Management/Engineering, have 1+ year of commercial construction experience, and are proficient with PC tools and reading drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Management or Engineering required.
• At least 1 year of commercial construction field experience.
• Ability to read drawings and manage submittals and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with planning and daily field execution.
• Maintain project schedule, submittal approvals and material delivery.
• Monitor budgets to ensure project profitability and quality.
• Promote safety and Zero Harm culture on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and document project activities.
