Competenze

• ABET-accredited BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years of construction inspection or related construction experience.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to design/markup tools (Bluebeam REVU preferred).
• Knowledge of AASHTOWare Project, Appia, or similar platforms preferred.

Mansioni

• Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Correlate and analyze field data, verify pay quantities, review plans and records.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation reviews, and maintaining project correspondence.
• Prepare estimates, process change orders, and support time extensions and contract adjustments.
• Communicate with contractors, clients, and stakeholders on technical issues and field conditions.
• Review submittals and RFIs and coordinate responses with the Project Manager.
• Ensure documentation in AASHTOWare Project, Appia, or equivalent software.
• Maintain accurate project records, including field books, daily reports, and photos.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates and recommendations.
• Uphold safety and quality expectations.
