Power Construction in Chicago seeks a project management professional to assist on-site with supervision, coordination of submittals, cost control, scheduling, reporting, and document control activities during the construction period. Ensuring client satisfaction is a primary goal.

The role involves managing budget-related documents, distributing drawings, soliciting bids, preparing schedules, and supporting change orders while maintaining project documentation and communications with the team.

Qualifications

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent combination of related experience and technical training (1-4 years).
• Knowledge of Construction Management Software.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project management and construction supervision efforts.
• Manage and coordinate submittals, cost control, scheduling, reporting, and document control at the job site.
• Ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
• Attend and document project meetings.
• Maintain and update status reports as required.
• Oversee general correspondence as required.
