Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project controls, cost control, or related experience.
• Experience supporting construction or capital projects.
• Experience with forecasting, accruals, budgets, and change management.
• Experience working with contractors and field construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Track and report project progress against schedules and milestones.
• Support cost tracking, forecasting, accruals, and budget reporting.
• Monitor contractor progress and verify reported quantities and percent complete.
• Maintain project controls reports and provide regular updates to project management.
• Assist with change management, including tracking changes and potential impacts.
• Coordinate with field construction teams to collect progress information.
• Review contractor documentation, timesheets, invoices, and progress reports.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information is current and accurate.
• Identify potential schedule, cost, and productivity issues and communicate them to the team.
• Support project reporting throughout construction and execution.
