Job summary

Black & Veatch in Beech Island, SC is seeking a qualified Field Materials Controller to support project teams with materials receiving, inspection and inventory management on a busy construction site.

You will oversee warehouse space, ensure compliance, and coordinate with procurement to maintain supply continuity while supporting continuous improvement in materials processes and field operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years relevant experience without a degree.
• BA/BS degree preferred in supply chain, business, engineering, or construction management.
• Global experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and document incoming project materials and equipment.
• Manage warehouse space, laydown areas and inventory counts.
• Train staff on receiving, storage and maintenance procedures and ensure timely delivery of materials.
