Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to work in field environments and in varying weather.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production facilities, including startups/shutdowns.
• Monitor performance and respond to abnormal conditions.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Use SCADA/PI and other surveillance tools to optimize production.
• Document, report, and data-entry accurate information on time.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and support operations.
• Engage in safety, reliability, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in T3 training and competency development.
