JRM Construction seeks a Field Operations Coordinator to support operational execution across Southern California projects. You will partner with field leadership, manage project setup, and maintain data integrity from kickoff to closeout.

Responsibilities include Procore administration, vendor coordination, and payroll/ labor coordination to ensure compliance and timely project delivery. This is a California-based on-site role with opportunities for growth.

• Provide admin and operational support to the Director of Field Operations
• Align field leadership with operational standards and project priorities
• Organize and document project kickoff meetings
• Review and approve new project entries for complete and accurate setup
• Own project setup and data integrity across the project lifecycle
• Maintain project team changes in Project Creator as directed
• Set up Day 2 and Maintenance job numbers as required
• Serve as the JRM West Procore Administrator
• Set up new projects upon job-number issuance; upload drawings and assign teams
• Maintain directory contacts for subcontractors, vendors, clients, and design teams; manage permissions
• Upload and manage project documentation; train Project Managers and APMs on Procore
• Distribute retention forms for closed projects
• Monitor weekly superintendent compliance with standards (logs, minutes, schedules, tickets, OSR)
• Report deficiencies and trends to leadership
• Receive and confirm approvals; place orders with approved vendors
• Verify invoices against orders and code for processing
• Maintain jobsite inventory with Superintendents; coordinate printing and container scheduling
• Process in-house laborer timesheets; schedule Pacesetter labor; verify payroll hours
• Support project closeout with punch list letters; monitor closeout status
• Serve as backup for project controls including material orders during absences
• Ensure seamless coordination between field teams, project teams, and leadership
