Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 9+ years with a Master’s, or 6+ years with a PhD in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong expertise in thin‑film processes such as PEALD, PECVD, LPCVD, ALD, Epitaxy, or Vertical Furnace.
• Proven ability to manage new product and process introduction and transfer of complex deposition processes from R&D to HVM.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with a track record of driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
• Lead a field process team responsible for process development, qualification, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Own and drive critical customer escalations through timely resolution.
• Lead NPI programs through qualification and successful HVM adoption.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of process and product milestones.
• Drive process performance, tool uptime, and customer success in HVM transition.
• Partner with R&D, Product Engineering, KPU, and Sales to execute technology programs.
• Align stakeholders on priorities, action plans, and execution timelines.
• Provide customer feedback to improve product and process performance.
• Support technology roadmap development with internal and customer teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing process engineers.
• Foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
