Job summary

KYOCERA Document Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to service MFPs and printers at customer sites. You will travel to locations to diagnose and repair equipment, maintain parts inventory, and provide operator training to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or industry-related experience/training.
• Computer literate with basic networking knowledge.
• Ability to install/diagnose a network printer.
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ locations to complete service calls.
• Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment at customer sites.
• Manage car stock parts inventory and training.
• Provide ongoing operator training to increase uptime and reduce tickets.
• Maintain professional image and exceptional customer service.
