Job summary

Cashman Equipment Co. is a field service technician role based around Henderson, NV, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning generators, portable air compressors, and light towers in the field. You will prepare equipment for delivery, troubleshoot malfunctions, and communicate findings to clients and management.

Ideal candidates will have strong diagnostic skills, CAT knowledge, and the ability to work in adverse weather, as well as overtime and travel to remote locations as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
DOT licensing and medical card required where applicable.
Minimum of 6 months related experience.
Able to communicate in English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and failures.
Repair, recondition, and maintain generators, air compressors, and light towers.
Prepare service reports and plan repair costs.
Travel to remote locations and work overtime as needed.
Maintain safe and clean company equipment and work areas.
Communicate with associates, clients and management regarding equipment status and recommendations.
