Job summary

Eversource seeks a Power Systems Technician in Massachusetts to conduct routine calibration and testing of substation, network, distribution, and communication equipment. You will troubleshoot minor issues and lead other technicians, coordinating with departments, contractors, and customers to ensure safe operation.

Under general supervision, you’ll apply engineering practices to design, construct, operate, and maintain equipment, while ensuring proper tools and materials are available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to plan and direct activities.
• Ability to pass physical requirements and maintain valid driver’s license.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and perform testing and calibration.
