ECNS GLOBAL CONSULTANTS, PLLC is seeking a Commissioning Engineer I–III to execute and support commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover activities for electrical power systems and equipment across MV/LV, generators, UPS, switchgear, and related infrastructure.

This full-time, hourly position requires on-site work with up to 100% travel, with competitive pay of $32–$89 per hour and OT opportunities, plus benefits. PE license preferred for III level; FE certification preferred for II.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years for Engineer I; 3+ years for Engineer II; 7+ years for Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Execute and support commissioning, testing, startup, and turnover activities for electrical power systems and equipment.
• Develop and perform commissioning procedures, test plans, and documentation for MV/LV systems, generators, UPS, switchgear, and related infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Lead field testing activities and oversee commissioning execution, ensuring safety and quality standards.
