Job summary

Handsome Brook Farms, a leader in pasture-raised organic eggs, is seeking a Flock Advisor to service farms in the Arkansas region. The role requires regular on-farm visits, monitoring production and flock conditions, and providing ongoing guidance to producers.

You will coordinate with Live Operations, Feed, Compliance and Sustainability to keep farms aligned with HBF expectations. Ideal candidates bring poultry experience, strong organization, problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience working with poultry or on farms, especially layers.
• Highly organized with excellent time management in a multi-part role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with producers through on-farm visits and guidance.
• Monitor flock production data and provide actionable feedback.
• Coordinate feed ordering and work with the Feed team on usage and performance.
• Oversee biosecurity, organic and welfare requirements; support audits.
• Onboard new producers and provide on-site support during new flock placements.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with department leads on production, feed, pasture, and compliance.
