Job summary

Anthony & Sylvan Pools in Houston, TX, is seeking a Warranty Technician who will be the trusted face in the field, diagnosing issues, performing hands‑on repairs, and evaluating warranty coverage to protect the homeowner's investment.

You’ll work independently with a focus on customer service, safety, and craftsmanship, supporting upgrades and providing clear service recommendations while documenting work and communicating with the office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 3–5 years swimming pool service/construction experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organization skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude in plumbing, masonry and electrical areas.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with office staff to support repair and inspection scheduling.
• Assist in planning and coordinating warranty repairs based on workflow and vendor availability; partner with Construction to complete punch list items as needed.
• Perform swimming pool and pool equipment repairs, including crack repairs, leak detection, plumbing repairs, equipment diagnostics, replacement and start-ups.
• Conduct Pool School and customer education; communicate service recommendations related to warranty or repair issues.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all pool services performed.
• Maintain working knowledge of Anthony & Sylvan equipment, chemicals, and maintenance services; support upgrades as directed.
• Maintain current technical knowledge through vendor training; assist with onboarding or in-field support of newer technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
