Job summary

Beeflow is seeking a Field Associate to support pollination programs on client farms. This temporary/seasonal role involves fieldwork, data collection, basic beekeeping tasks, and collaboration with the Operations team to follow established protocols.

Expect travel between farms as required. Start date mid-January 2027 with an estimated duration of 4 weeks; fieldwork will occur outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crop phenology and development during pollination.
• Monitor crop pollination and bee activity per protocols.
• Conduct field observations and collect accurate data.
• Support field trials and research activities, including setup and monitoring.
• Perform basic beekeeping tasks and hive management.
• Assist with hive transportation, placement, and monitoring.
• Record and report observations and relevant operational information.
• Support data collection during harvest and other stages of the crop cycle.
• Follow operational, safety, and fieldwork protocols.
• Coordinate with the Operations team and client personnel as needed.
