Job summary

Crane Services, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a detail-oriented Preventive Service Technician in Amarillo, TX to perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy equipment, ensuring safety and longevity. This field-based, customer-facing role requires strong technical and communication skills.

You will work with a service team, document findings, and follow safety protocols. Travel to crane locations is required, and a valid driver's license plus ability to read schematics are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Conduct inspections and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Document service work and maintenance records.
• Follow safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Communicate service results and equipment status.
• Use diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with service manager and team.
• Work with iPad/computer for schematics.
• Participate in ongoing training.
• Assist others and be a team player.
