Job summary

CLT Recruiters seeks a Project Manager for specialized rigging, hoisting and fine art logistics in NYC and the tri-state area. You will own each project from site survey through closeout, coordinating crews, equipment, permits, and schedules while interfacing with museum, gallery and institutional clients.

• Field background in rigging, crane operations or specialized transport.
• Comfort on active job sites; able to walk a site and define approach.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends; overtime paid.
• Strong client-facing skills handling demanding customers.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end from site survey to closeout.
• Coordinate crews, equipment, permits, and schedules.
• Read field conditions and translate customer needs into scope and price.
