Job summary

JSET Automated Technologies in Sterling, VA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead controls and mission-critical infrastructure projects. This field-based role requires directing field teams, managing schedules, budgets, and coordination with subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.

You will play a hands-on role from startup to turnover, utilizing Procore and other PM tools, and you should be prepared to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in electrical, controls, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, or similar environments.
• Experience managing field labor, subcontractors, and active projects.
• Procore or similar construction management software experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Lead controls and data center construction projects from startup through turnover.
• Direct and manage field technicians, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Set daily/weekly priorities for field teams and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate manpower planning, material procurement, and resource allocation.
