Job summary

Inframark is seeking a PLC/HMI Field Applications Specialist to commission, start up, and support SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation in the field. You will own FAT/SAT, troubleshoot, and train operators from day one.

The role covers design, startup, testing, and documentation across project stages, with substantial travel to customer sites and varying environments. Strong PLC/HMI skills and field service experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Technical engineering degree or equivalent training in engineering field.
• Working knowledge of control systems and process instruments.
• Basic electrical and networking knowledge; ability to read P&ID drawings.

Responsibilities

• Commission, start up, and support SCADA, PLC, and instrumentation in the field.
• Participate in FAT/SAT and provide operator training.
• Perform field startup, testing, and troubleshooting; support commissioning on-site.
• Provide on-call service and customer support as needed.
