Job summary

Inframark is seeking a PLC Applications Engineer to develop PLC-based monitoring and control software, conduct FAT/SAT, and train customers. You will perform testing, startup, and field service across projects, interfacing with vendor systems and ensuring reliable operation.

The role requires building and testing PLC programs, providing technical support, and delivering clear documentation while traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' PLC programming experience, preferably in Water & Wastewater.
• Knowledge of PLC hardware and programming software (Allen-Bradley/Schneider/Siemens/Emerson).

Responsibilities

• Review contract requirements with Project Manager.
• Develop PLC programs based on System Control Narrative.
• Install and verify application software and vendor tools.
• Interface equipment with third-party systems via industrial protocols.
• Provide training to operators and staff.
• Generate final project documentation and support customers.
