Job summary

Axon is seeking a field-focused, customer-facing leader to own outcomes in strategic accounts. You will design, build, and ship capabilities on Axon's platform onsite, integrating AI-enabled workflows and data tools to transform agency operations.

This role requires 8+ years in complex deployment environments, a track record shipping automations and integrations, and the ability to work across Product, Engineering, and Sales. Travel approximately 3–4 days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, program management, operational transformation, or complex deployment environments (typically 8+ years)
• Former law enforcement or military experience preferred, not required
• Proven builder: shipped automations, agents, workflows, integrations, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, and AI-enabled platforms
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders, including command staff

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes across deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success onsite
• Build with Axon's platform: AI agents, workflows, automations, integrations, and data pipelines
• Configure and extend products in agency environments and document patterns for reuse
• Coordinate root-cause resolution with Product, Engineering, Support and Services
• Lead field engagements, drive adoption, measure impact, and iterate on solutions
