Worley seeks an experienced Piping/Mechanical Coordinator to lead field coordination of mechanical and piping construction on site. You will direct forepersons and trade personnel, support workforce planning, and ensure work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, procurement, quality and project controls to remove barriers and optimize productivity while maintaining high quality and safety outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of mechanical, piping, industrial construction, fabrication, maintenance, or related experience.
• Journeyl-level trade certification as required by local regulations or project requirements.
• Demonstrated experience supporting mechanical and piping construction on industrial facilities or major capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, equipment installation, and field execution methodologies.
• Experience coordinating craft labor, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Proven ability to monitor productivity, labor utilization, and schedule performance.
• Strong understanding of construction safety, quality control, and field execution best practices.
• Knowledge of material management, planning and installation processes.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, isometrics, and construction docs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate mechanical and piping construction activities to support project schedules and priorities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to forepersons and trade personnel in assigned areas.
• Support workforce planning to ensure adequate labor resources.
• Coordinate workface planning to improve productivity and readiness.
• Monitor workforce productivity, manpower utilization, and construction performance.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and construction management teams to remove barriers.
• Monitor installation activities for conformance to engineering specs and procedures.
• Support equipment installation, piping fabrication, erection, testing, and turnover.
• Identify and resolve field challenges and productivity obstacles.
