Plains All American is seeking a motivated individual for the Pipeliner I role based in Midland, TX. This field-based maintenance position involves inspections, routine repairs, and support across station, pipeline, and terminal facilities, with safety as a primary focus.

The role requires reading maps and drawings, a high school diploma, strong teamwork, and basic math. Candidates should be prepared for outdoor work in extreme heat/cold and to complete required safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English; basic math.
• Read and interpret pipeline maps, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Teamwork and good communication skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude; computer skills (Excel, MS Office).
• Familiar with PHMSA/OSHA regulations; excellent safety record.
• Able to complete Haz-Mat training and DOT operator qualifications.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures; physically capable.
• Valid US driver’s license; clean record; background check and pre-employment screen.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of station, pipeline, and terminal facilities.
• Assist in routine maintenance with guidance from senior staff.
• Assist mechanics with repairs; deliver parts to job sites.
• Assist in pipeline coating or related repairs.
• Support environmental clean-up and leak repairs.
• Assist in construction and special projects as needed.
• Operate safety duties like fire watch and safety monitoring.
• Maintain safety by following Plains policies and procedures.
• Conduct weekly station checks and observations.
• Perform other pipeline-related duties as assigned.
