Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a PLI Technician to conduct pipeline inspections across the United States. The role requires a high school diploma, with some college preferred, along with certifications in Magnetic Particle Testing and Ultrasonic Thickness.

The technician will spend significant time in the field and must demonstrate strong technical skills and the ability to write inspection reports efficiently. This position offers competitive benefits including medical insurance and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with pipeline integrity or maintenance positions preferred.
• Must possess valid Magnetic Particle Testing Level 2 and Ultrasonic Thickness Level 2 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct assessments of pipe conditions including coatings and corrosion.
• Compose and maintain pipeline integrity inspection reports.
• Provide on-the-job training to PLI Assistants and Junior Technicians.
