Acuren is seeking PLI Technicians to support its US West Region operations. The role involves field work, data review, and reporting to support pipeline integrity programs. Travel across the US West Region is extensive, with 90% in the field and 10% at the home division location.

The position requires NDE certifications (MPI Level 2, UT Thickness Level 2) and experience in pipeline integrity. Candidates should be prepared for on-site work, safety culture, and regular reporting duties.

Competenze

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent with preferred college coursework.
• Experience in pipeline integrity or maintenance positions is expected.
• Current and valid NDE certifications (MPI Level 2, UT Thickness Level 2).
• Preference for NACE CIP Level I / CP Level I.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work in field environments.

Mansioni

• Adhere to procedures and client specs, including reporting.
• Perform direct assessment of pipe condition and coating
• Examine pipe for cracks, corrosion, and anomalies
• Correlate features to ILI logs and conduct fit-for-service evaluations
• Prepare pipeline integrity inspection reports and help with reporting
• Maintain databases, update FTP sites, and track metrics
• Assist with dig packages and cost estimating
• Provide on-the-job training to PLI Assistants and Junior Technicians
