Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a field-based Operator to support the mechanical scope of our solar and BESS projects. The role is located at the project site in Krum, Texas, and requires the ability to operate pile driving equipment, follow safety rules, and work with the project team outdoors in varied weather.

Ideal candidates have a GED or equivalent, at least 1 year of construction experience, appropriate equipment certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Equipment certifications as required.
• Current driver’s license with endorsements as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Operate pile driving equipment on project site.
• Follow safety regulations and report field decisions.
• Provide timely documentation of field decisions and production tracking.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors.
