Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a field-based Mechanical Operator to support the mechanical scope of solar field construction at the Krum, Texas project site. You will work on-site with a team, operate pile driving equipment, and follow safety guidelines to help build reliable renewable infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has a GED or equivalent, at least one year of construction experience, and the ability to read basic manuals and load charts.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year experience on construction projects.
• Equipment certifications as required.
• Current driver’s license with necessary endorsements as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Operate pile driving equipment on site per project requirements.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations and maintain equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubricating, fueling and cleaning.
• Provide timely documentation of field decisions and reporting, such as Tier Boards and Production Tracking.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and on active construction sites.
