Job summary

CoVolt Power in Texas is seeking field-based Operators to support the mechanical scope of solar project construction. This hands-on role requires safety focus, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and the capacity to work outdoors in varied weather.

You will operate pile driving equipment, perform routine maintenance, and document field decisions and reporting to keep projects on track. Prior construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education.
• Minimum 1 year experience in construction or similar.
• Equipment certifications as required.
• Current driver’s license with required endorsements.
• Essential physical requirements.
